Pinnacle of my career so far. Came in solo in 2018 to figure out a better frontend architecture for the site, picked the stack, set the patterns, and started shipping. Eight years on, I work with a team of eight amazing devs at the largest diamond marketplace in the US, still in the code every day and still having fun with it.

Old dream project (4 years in the making), finally close to shipping. An Intercom alternative built around the features I always wished a customer messaging tool would have, plus a few I haven't seen anywhere else. Live chat, helpdesk, knowledge base, automations, with plenty more queued up after that.

A gaming platform with three of my and my friends' favorite games from Tab Austria's cafe touchscreen tabletop pay to play desks. We used to spend tons of money on those; now we play them on our phones, free, with our own flair and ideas added on top. Real-time multiplayer, publicly accessible, free for everyone, as long as the servers hold up. Built when AI was not a thing or at least not "agentic". Not actively maintained, just for fun, like the name indicates.
